The Balearic Islands Employment Service (SOIB) and the associations AENIB-ANEN and Balearic Marine Cluster work together to promote and improve training and employment in the nautical sector.<\/p>\n
For that reason, the SOIB is participating this year for the first time in the Palma International Boat Show 2021, both on-site and virtually, with an agenda that includes an opportunities forum, a stand, a job day to select professionals in the sector, guided tours to nautical companies to promote training among young people and a round table.<\/p>\n
